In early 2021 STACK Interiors was engaged by Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited to assist with initial marketing material for the vacant part floor at Level 9, Commercial Bay. The initial scope was to provide layouts and renders to assist agents and potential tenants in the leasing of the space. Fast forward to late 2022 and the space has been designed and built by STACK.
The project included an enhanced kitchen and collab space, board room, meeting rooms and dedicated quiet rooms. The brief called for a timeless and elegant fitout that would appeal to several different sectors in the market and create a space that can easily be adapted by tenants. STACK worked closely with the current tenant’s international design team who managed the FF&E selection and procurement, and the integration of the company’s AV requirements. The result is a high-quality space for premium tenants – worthy of its location in the prime commercial tower.
