204 Quay Street, transformed by STACK Interiors for Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited, is a modern and boutique harbour-side workplace, influenced by its industrial roots.
Work undertaken included opening the office to allow sightlines across the entire space, building new meeting rooms and upgrading the café areas. New lighting and an upgrade to the bathroom finishes elevates the space to suit its fantastic position on Auckland's Viaduct.
