Supporting AAI values through 'connectedness'

AA Insurance's deeply authentic values create a compelling culture - they are connected: to each other as a team; to their vision; and to their customers. When AAI turned to STACK to design their new workplace in Auckland, the challenge was to retain and reinforce the essence of who they are and how they work throughout their new space.

The front-of-house is designed as a warm, welcoming space, yet still conveys the company’s professionalism. The work environment responds to the need for better multi-functional meeting spaces, both enclosed and open, including places for custom ‘huddles’ for full teams to gather for quick catchups.

With electric sit-stand desks as standard throughout, as well as destination spots including the café, games room and chill-out area, the space supports AAI’s drive to boost the health and wellbeing of their staff.
